L3-N1 Column Lock
The stack assembly column lock is the upper most piece of the stack assembly. It not only holds the entire stack together, but also provides the locking mechanism when inserted into the Sonic Sifter.
L3-N2 Diaphragm
The diaphragm is a latex device that acts as a sieve cover for the stack assembly. It also helps turn sound waves into moving columns of air.
L3-N3 Top Cone
The stack assembly top cone is a device that holds the diaphragm and connects to the first sieve in the stack.
L3-N4 Standard Spacer
The stack assembly spacer takes the place of a sieve when the user chooses to use less than six sieves. When six sieves are used, this part is not in use.
L3-N5 Fines Collector
The stack assembly fines collector is a latex product that acts as a pan in the stack. It also works with the diaphragm turning sound waves into moving columns of air.
L3-N6 Fines Collector Holder
The fines collector holder serves several purposes. It holds the fines collector. It is what the stack assembly column lock connects to. And it is the base for the stack assembly.
L3-N7 Complete Stack Assembly
The complete stack assembly consists of the column lock, diaphragm, top cone, six spacers, fines collector, and the fines collector holder.
 L3-N8 Horizontal Pulse Accessory
A must for accurate separations below 45µm, this electromechanical
device eliminates agglomerates in extremely fine powders. A tapping
action alternates on opposite sides of the screen frame to create a
high speed shock wave, breaking down agglomerated materials and
reintroducing near-sized particles back into the air stream, and then
back onto the screening media.

to fit in the sieve stack of the Sonic
Sifter Separator.

CAB-L3-S Storage Cabinet
Keep your Sonic Sifter sieves organized and free from damage with this storage cabinet. It holds up to 20 standard size L3P sieves. This washable cabinet is fabricated with white PVC sheet and a clear acrylic door. It is wall mountable and comes fully assembled. The cabinet dimensions are 8-3/4” wide x 4-1/2” deep x 12-3/4” high, and has a shipping weight of 6 pounds. (Note: will not hold precision sieves.)
